Bulk Pick-up Guidelines

 

 

Bulk Pick-up Guidelines

Carpet - must be cut down to 4' lengths, rolled up and securely tied in no more than 2' diameter rolls.

 

Wood - must be bundled in 2' diameter and 4' in length and securely tied. Please hammer down any nails that are sticking up.

 

Fencing - should be rolled in bundles the same as carpet.

 

Furniture - No special requirements or restrictions.

 

Appliances/Appliances containing Freon - must be certified that Freon is removed and please remove doors from refrigerators for safety purposes.

 

Construction debris - contain in cans or bags not to exceed 45 lbs. Please do not place in or use boxes to contain construction materials.

 

Miscellaneous small items - items that contain gasoline or oil should have all the fluids drained from them before setting out for removal. Small household items should be contained in cans or bags.

 

Railroad ties, landscape timbers - must be cut down to 4' in length and stacked neatly.

 

Patio doors - should be wrapped in tape or carpet so if the glass breaks it will not go all over the street.

All items should be placed at the curb for pickup the night before
the regular trash day.

Car batteries

Household chemicals

Rocks, dirt or concrete
